These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all visitors and account holders ("Creators") using creators.Best at creators.Best and its subdomains, including https://app.creators.best (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.

creators.Best is operated by Premlead ("we", "us", "our"), a link-in-bio platform that lets Creators publish a public profile page with links to their own content, social profiles and destinations of their choosing.

1. Who we are

creators.Best is a brand operated by Premlead.

2. Description of the Service

creators.Best provides:

A public profile page at {handle}.creators.Best where a Creator lists links to their own content and social profiles.
A Creator dashboard at https://app.creators.best to manage account, links, appearance and billing.
Two plans: Free and Pro (see Section 8).

creators.Best is not a marketplace for buying or selling digital goods, prompts, tips or content; the only paid offering is the Pro subscription described below. creators.Best is also a distinct product from other services operated by Premlead; using creators.Best does not create an account on those other services.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
One person may not maintain more than one account per brand for abusive purposes (e.g. evading a suspension or handle rules).
Accounts can be created with email/password or Google sign-in, where available.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Minimum age to create an account: 18. By creating an account you represent that you meet this age requirement, or that of majority in your jurisdiction if higher.

4. Handles

Each Creator selects a unique handle per brand ({handle}.creators.Best).
Certain handles are reserved or blocked (e.g. app, admin, api, www, and terms reserved for platform operations or support) and cannot be claimed.
Certain handles may be designated "premium" and require an active Pro subscription to claim.
We do not sell, transfer or guarantee ownership of a handle as a domain name; a handle is a non-exclusive, revocable right to use that address on the Service.
We may reclaim, suspend or reassign a handle that infringes a third party's trademark or rights, that violates these Terms, or that has been inactive for an extended period, at our discretion and where reasonably possible with notice.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you publish (links, bio text, images, social links).
You grant Premlead a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service (e.g. rendering your public page).
You are solely responsible for your content and for the destinations of the links you publish, including their legality and compliance with third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity rights, etc.).
We do not control, endorse or verify the content of external sites you link to.

6. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use the Service to publish, link to, or facilitate:

Content that is illegal under applicable law, including child sexual abuse material.
Malware, phishing pages, or content designed to deceive or defraud visitors.
Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination based on protected characteristics.
Impersonation of another person or entity, or infringement of a third party's intellectual property.
Spam, or automated/bulk creation of accounts or handles.
Attempts to circumvent handle, plan, or security restrictions of the Service.

We may remove content or disable an account that violates this section, with or without prior notice, depending on severity.

7. Our role as host

Premlead acts as a hosting provider for content published by Creators on their public pages; we do not select or control that content before publication. If you believe content hosted on the Service is illegal or infringes your rights, contact us via https://creators.best/contact with enough detail to identify and locate the content (notice-and-action). We may disable the account (isDisabled) or remove the specific content pending review.

Pro is billed annually via Stripe Checkout. Applicable tax is calculated and collected via Stripe Tax.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each annual period unless cancelled beforehand, e.g. via the Stripe customer portal where available.
Cancellation: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Pro subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
If a Pro subscription lapses or is cancelled, Pro-only features (custom themes, custom background, link thumbnails, premium handle) may be downgraded or restricted; your account, handle (subject to Section 4) and links are not deleted solely due to downgrade.

9. Availability

We provide the Service on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access. No uptime SLA is offered unless separately agreed in writing.

10. Intellectual property

The creators.Best name, logo, and the Service's software and design are owned by Premlead or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the licence to use the Service as intended, nothing in these Terms grants you rights in our trademarks, software or design. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service except where permitted by mandatory law.

11. Personal data

Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice, which form part of these Terms by reference.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Premlead shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for content published by Creators or the destinations they link to. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including for consumers.

13. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, for non-payment of Pro fees, or upon your request to close your account. You may stop using the Service, or request account/data deletion, at any time via https://creators.best/contact.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service and/or to the email address on your account. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European ODR platform or applicable consumer mediation.
